About the role:

What you will do:
Work closely on the deployment of a digital supply chain management tool that allows a connection between plants and Schneider suppliers. (SupplyOn platform)

We need our future intern’s support in the following areas:
• Assistance/follow up with Schneider Supplier Leader (Procurement):
o weekly follow up with suppliers to avoid accounts deactivation
o participation in supplier registration: identifying roadblocks/missing invitations
o participation in supplier adoption: follow up with registered supplier to do the first Order Acknowledge and Advance shipping Notification
• Providing administrative support: preparation of formats for the plants to confirm their Forecast Master Data, be ready at SupplyOn
• Supporting training material preparation: improve existing training material, creation of new guides useful for Schneider Suppliers and Internal users (Supply Chain Planning + Procurement)
• Assistance with platform settings: cleansing on the right settings per site at SupplyOn

Elvárások

• Ongoing MSc studies in a university in Hungary, in supply chain management, logistics, IT or related economic field
• Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
• Advanced English knowledge (fluent speaking and writing), other foreign languages are considered as a plus (German, Spanish, French)
• You have strong digital skills, confidence and experience with MS Office, MS Teams, Excel (knowledge of basic formulas, able to work with data)
• You have great problem-solving and supplier relationship management skills with a proactive attitude
• As soft skills we require good communication skills with an ability to collaborate and cooperate with others, even with cross-cultural teams
• This role is convenient for a student part time, with supply chain or logistics related interest
