Commercial Analyst Intern

A challenging and rewarding position implementing our Sales & Commercial processes (contract creation & review & negotiation & onboarding handover) to securing our on-going business relationships and revenue with all of our EMEA clients. A developing role that can be expanded for continued development and increased responsibility within our organisation.
Feladatok
1 .Work closely with the Client Management teams and later possibly with Sales team to deliver an exceptional level of contracting and commercial service to them and to our clients.
2. Implement our standard and bespoke processes of service agreement drafting, terms review, signature management, compliance rules and exception management and supporting client onboarding.
• Ensure a timely, complete and accurate acquisition of all information and approval inputs for our contracting requirements.
• Prepare, check and analyse draft service agreements and amendments.
• Maintain internal databases \ systems in a controlled fashion to facilitate revenue recovery.
• Perform extensive quality control prior to sales being delivered to our business.
• Monitor, report and improve on our KPI performance for the commercial processes.
3. Be able to analyse, create and interpret contractual documentation and later terms and conditions. Contribute to a continuous learning and improvement environment, help initiate and deliver change

Required qualifications (education, language, skills, experiences):
• A dynamic individual & role model that inspires & influences our stakeholders in equal measure.
• College or University studies (desirable in the field of Law, Procurement, Business Management or similar).
• Effective communicator capable of interaction in an international environment both in writing and orally.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.
• Experience in the use of MS Word and MS Excel, advanced Excel skills may be an advantage.
• Attention to detail and an excellent quality focus is a critical requirement.
• “Can-do” and positive attitude to challenges and opportunities; ability to prioritise.
• At least 2 active semesters at university

• Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of the energy industry.
• Extra language (German; French, Spanish are preferred)
