Spanish-Speaking Technical Support Analyst

We provide multilingual customer support for our international partners. Our new team will support European customers of a partner specialising in home robotics and automated cleaning solutions.
This is an entry-level opportunity where you can use your language skills, learn how technical support works, and help customers get the most out of their products.

Feladatok
• Support Spanish-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat.
• Answer questions about product features and everyday use.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve technical issues.
• Record customer enquiries and the actions taken accurately.
• Work with your teammates and escalate more complex issues when needed.
Elvárások
• Spanish at C1 level or above, with confident spoken and written communication.
• English at B2 level or above for communication within the team
• At least 20 working hours (without breaks) per week
• A friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach.
• An interest in learning about products, troubleshooting, and new systems.
• Confidence using computers and everyday digital tools.
Previous customer support experience is welcome, but not required.
Egyéb
• The support team operates Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
• You’ll work within these hours according to an agreed rota.
• Planned start date: 13th October
