Within this results driven and customer focussed environment our branch office is looking for a
Customer Relationship Support : part time (6 hours / day / 30 hours / week)
• Responsible for the administrative support to operation team in respect of credit insured transactions, and of uninsured debts placed for collections.
• Responsible for managing a portfolio of (export) debts, using the agreed processes and systems to achieve desired goals and results.
• Managing and co-ordination of customer enquiries to ensure appropriate level of support.
• Manages customer relations in a proactive way to ensure the customer is supported and informed on all aspects of contract.
• Daily communication with clients and colleagues worldwide.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:
• Very good communication skills, both on the telephone and in writing.
• Strong customer focus.
• Punctual, thorough person in her, his work.
• Drive, ability to work well under pressure, prioritise and achieve deadlines.
• Learns quickly and takes responsibility for own development.
• Advanced level English language – daily usage.
• Self-confident level of Microsoft tools (excel, word, etc.) – daily usage.
Location of work : Budapest, XI.ker.
We offer : Monthly fix salary : 200.000 HUF / 6 hours a day (part time)
