Job Summary:
In this position you will be responsible for providing professional Office Administration Support to our colleagues in the Budapest office. You will have a chance to get familiar with all upcoming duties regarding office management, like managing kitchen and office supplies, postal services, and deliveries. In addition, you can take part in the organization of company events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Professional reception and support of clients and visitors to the office
• Managing visitor registry and badges
• Answering phones in a professional manner, forwarding calls as necessary
• Daily logging, sorting and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
• Organization, management, and commissioning of courier and taxi services
• Conference room management, including coordination of catering and conference room use, provision of required equipment, and multiple daily inspections of conference rooms
• Facility maintenance (e.g., reporting minor issues to landlord, coordinate repairs to office equipment)
• Assisting with all aspects of administrative management
• Perform other related duties as required
• Fluent knowledge of Hungarian both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of English both written and spoken
• MS Office skills
• General computer skills, managing tasks on internet
• Ability to keep to deadlines and be punctual (timemanagement skills)
• Customer service skills
• Independently able to quickly and efficiently solve problems
