Job description

Main Job tasks and responsibilities

Order- and Backorder Management
 Input new customer orders in excel and SAP
 Follow up of backorders
 Check availability
 Order confirmations to customers
 Send and give delivery instructions by mail to logistic company
 Handle customer sales inquiries
 Supervise the cost efficiency
 Keep continuous contact with customers by phone


Stock Management
 Demand planning
 Supply planning
 Handle purchase orders from China
 Booking/ inbound containers
 Daily stock and ageing stock reporting

After Sales
 Escalating exceptional cases and follow up
 Following up warranty cases
 Initiating interventions
 Ordering spare parts

FI
 Check and inform customers about credit limits
 Clear AR (matching payments with invoices in excel and forward to SSC)
 Post vendor invoices in system (max 7/week)


• SAP system knowledge - MUST
• Good command of Hungarian and English- MUST
• Experience in the field of Sales Administration
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent communication skills with strong customer focus
• Creative personality
• Strong time management, analytical and administrative skills
• Winning mind-set with good team spirit
• Ability to work under pressure
