OFFICE & FINANCE ASSISTANT

The key responsibilities will be the following:
Ensuring the smooth operation and daily life of the office:
 Facility management
 Arrangement of client and candidate visits in the office
 Purchasing and managing office supply (stationary, food & beverages, ICT, household goods)
 Organization of internal events
 Arrangement of business trips and settlements

General Administration:
 Labor administration (contracts and contract modifications, time sheets, holidays, cafeteria)
 Filing of vendor and client contracts
 Vendor management
 License administration
 General correspondence
 Follow ups according to the relevant legislation

Finance Administration support:
 Support of issuing client invoices
 Support of handling incoming invoices
 Support of monthly HQ reporting activities
 Support of delivering local management reports
 Daily monitoring of cash collection, credit control

Our key requirements for the successful Candidate:
 University or College degree preferred
 Track record in finance-related position(s)
 Good command of English
 Computer literacy (MS Office)
 Accuracy, reliability, ownership mentality
 Business minded and customer oriented personality
 Driven character with can-do attitude
