Gonna be a part-time job (20 hours/week), fully working from home
(company laptop and mobile phone will be provided)
You will work with the company Recruiter to acquire the right candidates for various positions.
• by searching in internal and external CV databases
• by selecting the relevant CVs based on the given requirements
• by contacting candidates on the phone and in writing
• by identifying the candidates skills to match appropriately to the job profile
• by acting as Ecolab’s brand ambassador as you will be the first point of contact for candidates
You will also:
• maintain the internal talent database
• arrange phone and in-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• provide recruitment related reports for stakeholders
What you’ll need:
• good communication skills over email, in-person, and over the phone
• strong work ethic
• ability to handle various tasks simultaneously
• fluent English both in written and spoken
• another European language knowledge – other than Hungarian – is an advantage
