Responsibilities:
As a P2P Helpdesk Intern you are responsible for providing helpdesk by e-mail for procurement, invoice and payment related queries; utilizing ticketing system for incoming requests.

Reporting to the P2P Helpdesk Team Lead you will be also in charge of:
· Sourcing helpdesk by e-mail
· Investigating and reverse non-successful payments
· Reviewing payment proposals

Requirements:
You are currently studying in University/College in day-time schedule. You have intermediate English language knowledge.


Furthermore you have the following skills and qualifications:

You have an ability to manage and prioritize multiple and parallel tasks
You are a good communicator and a team player
You are accountable and precise
You are pro-active and agile
You are available to work 20-30 hours on a weekly basis
You are accurate and you like to work in team.
