This position is to support markets by the procession of system-administration and transactional tasks around the EME Training delivery, with a special focus on Eastern and Central Europe:
It is located in our Shared Services Centre in Budapest, working remotely with market administrators as well as on site with our Grow-Support team.
The position directly reports into Frieder Demmer, Academy Manager EME.
Setting up courses in the system according to requests submitted in request forms.
Apply changes to existing publications as applicable.
Close courses and record individual completions.
Trigger relevant invoices.
Handle support or payment questions in alignment with the relevant stakeholders
Strong general IT affinity
Structured working approach, diligence and reliability
Fluent in English and Russian
Ability to work minimum 20 hours/week
