Overall responsibility of Business assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who supports our team mainly with administrative works that arise in day-to day operation and managing Polish language customer communication.
The ideal candidate has affinity for looking into details has a precise work attitude and likes to work individually in a dynamic startup environment. This position requires an approximate 50% work time and shall be conducted from our headquarter in Budapest downtown.

Duties and responsibilities include

- Support social media and website content management;
- Support sales and finance managers in registering and handling supplier invoices;
- Carry out customer service related tasks in Hungarian and in Polish language;

Requirements

- Experience in social media activities preferably in a working environment;
- Motivation to carry out administrative tasks;
- At least 6 months commitment to work for Beontrips;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- English language knowledge;
- Polish language knowledge.
