Your daily tasks will include:
• Support the procurement team in daily administrative tasks and update tracking files and data in our tools
• Maintaining and managing supplier relationship
• Support the team with data analysis and improve the data quality
• Gathering best practices from the team in various topics and create Tool Box
• Contact with our support functions
• Supporting buyers in COS (Change of Supplier) management
• Managing your own junior supplier portfolio and participate projects

Experience and skills we are looking for:

• Fluent English (both written and spoken) as you will be part of an international team
• Ongoing university studies for at least 2 more active semesters
• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Relevant work experience in Procurement/Supply Chain is an advantage
• To be successful in your new role, you will need good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Dare to disrupt attitude
• For this position it is essential to be reliable and self-driven, have a proactive attitude and good communicational skills

• Flexible schedule, minimum 25-30 hours/week
• Home office opportunity
• You can start as soon as possible: we are looking forward for you to join our team!
• Gross salary: 1800/hour
