Currently, we are looking for Polish speakers with financial background.
Extracting information from financial disclosures and agreements, legal documentation, official filings, as well as regular reports of enlisted public and private companies from across the globe, using a client-provided interface. The interface is developed specifically to update and maintain the Customer’s database with a high focus on accuracy while providing real-time, time-to-market information for end-customers.
Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a result-oriented mindset are essential to meet quality and productivity requirements.

Feladatok
About the job
The HR Deployment Administrator Student coordinates the Social Security and Tax card applications and renewal processes and their respective administration.
The position holder is a back-up person for other HRD Administrators.

RESPONSIBILITES
SSN and Tax number processes
• Informs and keeps in touch with EU and non-EU citizen newcomers about the SSN and Tax number processes and help them through the processes
• Coordinates SSN and TAX number processes with relevant authorities
• Communicates with the HRD team, TAG, Payroll and Managers regarding processes related to social security and Tax number and card claims
• Ensures SSN and TAX number and card renewals for current TCS associates
• Ensures relevant GDPR data records’ accuracy
As a back-up of other HRD Administrators: HR employee inquiries
• First point of contact for employees to answer their process related questions in email, via phone or sending intranet communications
• If the question cannot be answered by her due to its complexity, (s)he directs the employee to the responsible HR Business Partner

Joining, HR Administration
• Prepares the joining documentation
• Generates employee IDs for newcomers
• Follow up the process with local and international TCS stakeholders
• Delivers the joining sessions
• Follows up the necessary documents with the newcomers, ensure proper monitoring and registration
• Updates the Nexon Payroll System and Codebase Time and Attendance tracking system with newcomers’ data and other changes

REQUIREMENTS
• Active student status (by enrolled in a Hungarian University)
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Advanced English, and native Hungarian knowledge level
• Min. 25-30 hours/week availability
