Planning and Fulfillment Intern

In this Planning & Fulfillment Intern role you will support the Planner Team and report to the Fulfillment Leader.
General administration (order acknowledgement update in the system, inbound delivery notes creation)
Monitoring suppliers order acknowledgments and dispatch advices
Daily contact with the Planner, Customer Excellence, and the Transportation Team
Preparing standard Reports: overdue non-stock available customer orders, inventory situation, open purchase orders, stock coverage report
Tracking goods' receipts at the warehouse
Following up invoice processing and support the Planners to solve and reduce the amount of the blocked invoices
Ongoing College/University studies
Able to work min. 30 hours/week
Fluent English
Experience in using MS Office (SAP is a plus)
Precise, strong analytical skills
High level communication & problem-solving skills
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
