We are looking for highly driven:

Intern – Business Travel Compliance

with ongoing full-time University College studies, working in a highly dynamic and international team.

As Business Travel Compliance Intern we will give you the opportunity to get an overall understanding of the Business Travel Compliance process, from understanding client needs to deliver value. You will build knowledge on all relevant areas of the international taxation, social security and immigration. You will have the opportunity to connect with different stakeholders and support day-to-day compliance related activities.

What you will do:
Business Travel Compliance Intern, you will be responsible for...

• Managing and processing travel reports
• Having generic correspondence with our Business Travellers – follow ups, reminders
• Collecting tax related documents from the Business Travellers
• Support the country specific tax processes, e.g., Sweden, Norway, Canada.

Who you are:

• relevant ongoing full-time University / College studies
• passion to work in international enviroment
• fluency in English (both written and verbal), any additional European language is a great advantage
• organized, thorough and attention to detail mindset
