SUPPORT HUB AT VECSÉS
Are you interested in logistics? Would you like to learn about the operation of a central distribution warehouse? Then we are looking for you! Our German parent company is looking for a trainee who can help the manager with the operative tasks that occur while leading a logistic team of 130 people. Don't hesitate to apply if you are looking for an internship or if you would like to learn from an experienced mentor!
Tasks
- Follow up tickets (new SAP users, requirement of new passwords, user rights, etc.)
- Communication for creation of SAP-transports, pick-up with global sales and Intercompany teams
- Support Q-notification process
- Operational tasks: Create MoMs at meetings, delivery note inspections etc.
Expectations
- 2 or 3 days in Vecsés (it can be reduced after the learning period), the rest is from home office
- Fluent german or/and english
- Strong communication skills and confidance
- Desire for learning, activity and dynamic personality
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Working experience in logistics or any economic field
- Fluent german or english
Other
- You can get a general idea about the operation of a central distributive warehouse from logistics through duty till supply
- You can practice your german and/or english skills in a business environment
- A separate office in the building with a fridge and a coffee machine
- Flexible working hours which you can adjust to your university schedule
