Student with Czech or Slovak and English language knowledge

We are looking for part-time Back Office Order Entry Specialist for Czech to compliment and support the company's Customer Service team mainly in the mornings. The individual working in the Order Entry role will work in a fast-paced environment. They are responsible for reviewing and accurately entering orders in our system, working closely with front office Agents to ensure the accuracy of purchase orders and timely processing.
Tasks
JResponsibilities
• Accurately enter and process orders in a timely manner
• Problem solve by researching within the database, email exchanges
• Diligently follow orders through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that delay timely processing
• Multi-task in a demanding, fast-paced technical environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Czech
• Min. intermediate written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency using computers and software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
