Now Graphisoft is looking for a Sales Trainee to support the global sales activities of the company Headquarter based in the Budapest office. The ideal Sales Trainee is a full-time student and available to work at least 25 hours weekly.

Now Graphisoft is looking for a Sales Trainee to support the global sales activities of the company Headquarter based in the Budapest office. The ideal Sales Trainee is a full-time student and available to work at least 25 hours weekly.
Tasks
Responsibilities
• Provide sales support activities for both Partners and the Sales Team
• Take over administrative tasks from Sales Partner Managers to allow them to spend more time on the field
• Create guides and documentations on the processes operated by the Sales Coordinators
• Enhance Partner Data management by doing data collection and data cleaning in sales systems
• Assist with the creation of partner agreements and compensation plans
• Work with Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint to maintain Partner specific folders and documents
• Enhance Salesforce.com Partner information with supplemental values not previously tracked
• Assist the Sales Forecast and Sales Projection process
• Maintain the status of partner deliverables through the Partner Portal. Ensure deliverables are received on time and on quality. Communicate with partners and Partner Managers when deliverables are missing, late, or do not comply to the requirements (format, content)
• Generate status reports and metric reports on specific partner and sales programs
• Create spreadsheets and reports in support of Partner Program and other Sales Programs
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Demonstrate teamwork, dedication, and a commitment to excellence
• Interact with all levels of management; communicate effectively verbally and through email
