Sales Communication Intern
SCADEMY is an IT/Tech company with a global presence, serving prominent international clients and partners. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic graduating university student to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Intern. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and work closely with our Sales Director in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Tasks
As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting in various tasks related to sales and marketing efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including data entry, document management, and filing.
• LinkedIn Profile Management: Maintain and update LinkedIn profiles for the sales team members, ensuring a professional online presence.
• Sales Communication: Assist in crafting effective communication materials for sales purposes, including emails, presentations, and proposals.
• Email Correspondence: Draft and send emails to clients and partners, maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
• Excel Spreadsheet Management: Handle Excel spreadsheets, organizing data, and generating reports as needed.
• Report Generation: Assist in creating reports and analytics to support sales and marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.
Expectations
• Currently enrolled as a graduating university student.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week (more is highly encouraged).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interest in sales and/or marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and international environment.
