Reservation Customer Service Agent
The purpose of this position is to provide telephone assistance to customers as part our contract with one of Europe’s largest low fare’s airline. The successful candidate will be energetic and self-motivated.
Must know:
• Monday to Friday 07:00 to 22:00
• Saturday: 9-19
• Sunday: 10-19
• Flexible working hours, you can organize your own shifts fitting for your everyday schedule.
Training:
• 15 working days before starting to work (from 9am to 1pm every weekday)
• To start working you MUST complete the training successfuly (min. 85%).
• Student can only be absented from 2 training occasions (training time schedule can be modified anytime).

• Process flight reservations
• Efficiently answer customer queries
• Resolve customer complaints
• Handle inquiries via call / chat / ticket
• After a certain level of experience, organise special assistance for passengers with reduced mobility and/or assist customers with complex problems

Expectations
• Full-time student status - active or passive
• Minimum 24 hours / week
• Minimum 4 days / week
• Minimum 2 weekend days / month
• Few shifts between 20:00 and 22:00
Essential skills:
• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Excelent written and oral communication skills
• Customer focused attitude
• Effective organizing and problem solving skills
• Flexibility and adaptibility
Non-essential skills:
• Fluent in a second European language
• Previous customer service experience
