Main objective of the Replenishment team within DSP is to increase the level of customer satisfaction by:

• Getting in contact with Suppliers and Providing to internal and direct external customers, reliable logistics information
• Complete supervising the outbound and inbound shipment flows
• Effectively manage all customer, supplier requests and claims

Main Tasks & Responsibilities of the replenishment (flow controller) team:
• Maintain the contact with Schneider suppliers.
• Reinforce the contact between customers and supplier
• Follow up the inbound deliveries to DC
• Support regular reporting tasks
• Archive of documentation and permanent updating of databases related to the post
• Follow the supplier service level (Internal & External Supplier service)
• Make purchase order (PO) creation for Inside group suppliers (including configured, generic materials etc.)
• Make PO creation for Outside group suppliers (manual order creation), including shop-floor consumables
• Follow up of the Purchase Order portfolio (check large order quantities, claims, logistics none conformities, cancellation, confirmations, rejection etc.)
• Ensure daily purchase order portfolio issues are reported and resolved by master data teams.
• Manage purchase order EDI failures and correct in a timely manner
• Collaborate with Demand and Supply planning team on transversal topics (new launches, marketing requests etc.)

Required qualifications and skills:
• Student status for 12 months
• Availability: minimum 30 hours per week
• Fluent English
• Spanish language knowledge is a must
• Communication skills
• Good skills on MS Excel, Outlook
• Ability to adapt to an international team and to work under pressure
• Practical-mathematical mindset & problem-solving approach
• SAP knowledge or experience would be considered as advantage
• Studies in logistics, supply-chain field or engineering is an advantage
