Payroll Student Support

Support Payroll and Benefits Admin Operation working with internal tools, online and hard copy document maintenance, process administration in two offices.
What will be your responsibilities:
• Payroll input preparation and processing support: sick leave, tax advance, vacation declarations, leave of absence etc. document collection, tracking and submission to Payroll Team
• Exit documentation printing, arrangement of signing and providing to employees
• Cafeteria system documentation support
• Printing, scanning, tracking of payroll documents
• Archiving of payroll documents as per Record Retention Schedule
• Providing administrative support to colleagues, arranging document collection and signing
Required skills and experience:
• Ongoing College or University studies in a relevant field
• Fluent English knowledge (both verbal and written)
• Advanced MS Excel and Word knowledge
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be detail oriented, accurate and well organized, with the ability to work independently and focused
• People oriented with the ability of assertive communication
