Tasks
Do you study Supply Chain or Logistics and are you confident using English? Then this position could be the perfect fit for you! Don’t worry, if you don’t have any relevant work experience yet: be devoted and open to challenges - we will teach you everything else!

Thanks to our great mentoring system, you will have the chance to gain experience in the following fields/projects:

• Manage order portfolio
• Handle escalations and provide resolutions to internal and external customers
• Manage complaints, exceptions, data issues, transportation etc.
• Generate & release PO’s to suppliers. Follow-up on late deliveries
• Support FS Planners with supply chain information
• Coordinate the deliveries with the Supply Chain Network (warehouses/plants)
• Provide accurate logistics information to guaranteeing the success of deliveries
• Coordinate with planning for the inventory availability
• Operate the reverse logistics and repair flows
• Daily supervision of logistic providers (UPS, Fedex, …)
Expectations
• Ongoing university studies in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English or German
• It’s an advantage if you speak Frech in addition to English
• We are happy to see if you have relevant work experience and/or Excel knowledge
• You are proactive and you can learn quickly

Other
• You can start as soon as possible; we are looking forward to you joining our team!
• Internship duration for at least 1 year
• Flexible schedule, minimum 20 hours a week
• Working from home is possible, but please note that sometimes office presence can also be required (especially for training and specific projects)
