Automation Developer Trainee

The Business Process Improvement Team supports the regional organization with business process automation via robotics. The Team manages to continuously build up new robots with the support of our Business Analysts and Robotics Developers. A critical piece of our business as usual process is to ensure all the bots and related activities run as planned, mitigating any issues that can arise.
Key Accountabilities:
• Trouble shooting for robots’ job fails
• Monitor the schedule of the live automations
• Manage to do minor updates on the robotics code
• Build simple VBA automations
• Manage regular password changes over the IT applications
• Follow up on access request or modifications with our IT department
• First point of contact when automation related questions arise from the business process owners
• Ongoing University or college studies, preferably in the field of: Statistics, Finance/Controlling or International Economics
• Good level analytic skills, including intermediate Ms Excel skills, macro-writing is an advantage
• Analytic mind – intellectual curiosity and will to understand and act upon root causes
• Able to work in fast paced environment where flexibility is key, and directions can change frequently
• Attention to detail
• Advanced level of English, confident in using it both oral and in writing
• Have active Student status and valid Student-card (as well as Student-visa if needed)
