We are looking for highly driven:
Human Resources Interns with ongoing full-time University College studies, working in a highly dynamic and international team!

As Recruitment Intern you will support day-to-day recruitment and activities and participating in the process of Recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate experience, creating and posting job adverts, support employment contracting activities, sourcing potential candidates and organizing interviews.

As People Data and HR Direct Intern you will support day-to-day activities in the team, regarding HR related queries, by providing further information on HR topics other that technical support connected to tools and People Data
What you will do:

As a Recruitment Intern, you will be responsible for...
• organising interviews, inviting candidates, sending out invitations to all participants
• supporting the interviews
• preparing the job adverts and posting them
• keeping in touch with the candidates and performing initial phone calls
• doing a direct search of candidates
• providing administrative support to the whole recruitment process
• making suggestions on process improvements.

As a People Data and HR Direct Intern, you will be responsible for..
• Participate in securing accurate, qualitative and effective first line support in HR queries (e.g.Recruitment, Reward, Payroll, Learning & Development, Mobility, People Data) initiated by Employees through e-mail or calls
• Provide administrative support to the Time & Attendance management activities
• Update and maintain people, organisation and compensation data in MyLink (hires, position changes, termination, etc)
• Ad hoc and internal reporting to secure continuous data accuracy and timeliness
• making suggestions on process improvements
