Main objective of the team is: To animate the local DC(s) planning tasks & be the planning single point of contact for the Front Offices and internal stakeholders.
Tasks
• Effectively support the daily/weekly/monthly Territory Planning tasks and reporting
• Work with planning tools: Kinaxis, SAP, Tableau & Internal Schneider tools
• Data mining & statistical analysis, root cause analysis (OTD, Back Order Lines, Order Intake, etc.)
• Prepare regular event (project, promotion) follow up analysis, reports
• Support with reporting andmonitor ULO (Unscheduled Late Orders) improvement process
• Be involved in the forecasting process of Bill of Materials (BOM) and referring data update
• Support Territory Planning Leader fellow team members with additional spot tasks and/or projects
• Work with planning tools: Kinaxis, SAP, Tableau & Internal Schneider tools

Expectations
• University studies. Preferrably on Business or Logistics (Studies in logistics, supply-chain field is an advantage)
• Ability to communicate well in English, both written and spoken
• Good skills on Microsoft Excel
• SAP knowledge or experience would be considered as advantage
• Ability to adapt to an international team and to work under pressure
• Practical-mathematical mindset & problemsolving approach
• Be self-motivated, resourceful, flexible and customer focused
