In our Business Unit Transmission we offer our customers products, solutions and services to transfer energy efficiently ranging from expansion and replacing to upgrading.

Our Transformer Plant Budapest has knowledge and experience of more than 60 years in the transformer business. Energy is our passion: we deliver liquid- and dry-type transformers to 66 countries worldwide and keep the lights on in the households, on the streets and in the hospitals.
Tasks
- Receiving customer orders (SAP, e-mail), production scheduling in collaboration with the master planners
- Setting the delivery deadline
- Creation of SD order in SAP, sending request for material number to the engineering department
- Confirmation of the order
- Handling of the order changes and the pre-shipment of requested parts
- Sending the delivery date and documentation (delivery note, test reports) to the customer
- Creating the orders for waste and material sales
- Collection of requested documentation during audits (delivery notes, invoices, etc.)
- Assistance in occasional tasks and projects
Expectations
- Hungarian language knowledge is a must-have
- You should be studying for a degree in a relevant discipline
- Strong command of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong English or German knowledge
- Min. 30 hours / week
