Billing Specialist – (French speaking)

The main role purpose is to manage the Billing process and all related activities making sure Howden meets all partner and customer requirements in a timely manner. Supports customer and internal finance teams to ensure timely invoicing while building and maintaining excellent partner relationships. This position belongs to an Accounts Receivable team of 9.

Tasks
What needs to be done?
Billing and all tasks related, which include:
- Preparing invoicing report and requesting approvals (where needed) from project managers
- Raising invoices and credit notes on a daily basis
- Sending out invoices and credit notes to customers
- Solving invoicing related issues
- Stakeholder management: project managers in LBU and Collection team SSC
- Tracking all billing activity in invoice report, commenting status on to-be-invoiced projects
- Adhering to 24 hour SLA and commenting reason of delay when necessary
Expectations
What do you need to bring?
- Good knowledge of SSC Finance processes
- Fluency in both English and French is a must
- Experience in working with any major ERP system
- Intermediate excel knowledge
- A proactive mindset
- Reliability and motivation towards financial service sector
