As a Project Management Intern, you will join the Logistics & Planning team where we transform and tailor our Supply Chain to meet our customer needs. You will help animate our communications for Logistics and Planning function, while supporting on portfolio analytics and trainings.
Your tasks will include:

• Upkeep and improve Logistics and Planning Communication Plan (Sharepoint and Yammer)
• Support and upkeep our document management system on Sharepoint
• Quality validations of our Logistics and Planning Portfolio, adaption and adherence by our PM’s
• Work with domain experts to identify new opportunities and needs
• Support Global and out Regional PMO on certain activities
• Interaction with business domain experts to understand their needs and requirements and identify data-driven opportunities
• Develop training documentation and deliver training to users on systems developed.
Experience and skills we are looking for:
• Fluent English language knowledge, both written and spoken
• Ongoing university studies in Logistics, Economics, or any equivalent field
• You have at least 2 more active semesters left of your studies
• Relevant work experience is an advantage
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and Tableau
• You have good problem-solving and analytical skills
• You have visual skills with making video or animations is a plus
• You are a fast-learner and have an open-minded attitude, looking for opportunities to improve your leadership skills
• You are proactive and have excellent communicational skills
• Gaining professional experience in project management sounds appealing to you

• Working from home is possible, but please note that sometimes office presence can also be required (especially for training and specific projects)
• Gross salary: 1800 Ft/hour
