Supplier Approval Module (SAM) process
• Assure SAM process is managed under right supplier: Identification and cleansing to be done in audits reported in the system, to have clear SAM decision under each supplier.
o Audits reported under different suppliers
o Audits reported under archived duplicated suppliers
o Audits reported under wrong category
• Train users: Key contact for users to help on SAM process management in Schneider Supplier Portal
• Activate SAM community in Yammer

Issue to Prevention (I2P)
• I2P supplier database aligned with SAP MDG information
• Supplier activation in bridge Front Office
• Daily review on new cases to identify Top Impacting Issues
• Close follow up of Top impacting issues with the regions to assure the cases are followed /closed
• Activate supplier I2P community in Yammer

Procedures update
• Assure Supply Qualification Module procedures are updated with new process implemented
• Intranet Procurement

• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt to an international team
• Be familiar with MS Office, especially Excel
• Tableau knowledge or experience is considered as an advantage
• Student status for 12 months
