Service Request Management

The Responsibilities:
 Managing internal customer’s service requests
 Receive and log incoming request
 Validate customer requests as per clean order check process
 Keep BT Internal tracking tools up-to-date with customer requests and technical information
 Use BT tools properly
 Create quote offer , place an order – track them
 Keep customer up to date regulary via mails /call
 Follow up order till the end of its life cycle
 Handle end to end project
 Keep agreed SLAs

Key requirements:
 Fluent English knowledge
 Active student status at least a year
 Experience in usage of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
 High level of accuracy
 Good organisation skill
 Good communication skill
 Excellent problem solving skills
 Team player
