Now GRAPHISOFT is looking for a Sales Trainee to support the globalsales activities of the company Headquarter based in the Budapest office. The ideal Sales Trainee is a full-time student and available to work at least 25 hours weekly.
• Assist with the creation of partner agreements and compensation plans
• Work with Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint to maintain Partner specific folders and documents
• Transfer Partner Account, Contact, Contract information from other systems into
• Enhance Partner information with supplemental values not previously tracked
• Create Partner specific SharePoint folders
• Maintain the Partner calendar of events
• Maintain the status of partner deliverables through the Partner Portal. Ensure deliverables are received on time and on quality. Communicate with partners and Partner Managers when deliverables are missing, late, or do not comply to the requirements (format, content).
• Generate weekly status reports and metric reports on specific partner and sales programs
• Create spreadsheets and reports in support of Partner Program and other Sales Programs
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Demonstrate teamwork, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
• Interact with all levels of management; communicate effectively verbally and through email.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and be adaptable to change management within processes and/or applications.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Professional demeanor to maintain and enhance relationships.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English
• Able to problem solve through thorough research and analytical skills.
• Microsoft Excel knowledge required.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Must have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, managers and subject matter experts.
