Now Graphisoft is looking for a Sales Trainee to support the global sales activities of the company Headquarter based in the Budapest office. The ideal Sales Trainee is a student and available to work at least 30 hours weekly.



Tasks
• Work on piracy (non-compliant software usage) related lead identification and classification within Salesforce.com
• Generate reports within Salesforce.com
• Create ad-hoc reports about pirate users
• Generate spreadsheets and reports in support of Antipiracy program and other Sales Programs
• Extract data from Salesforce.com for the purpose of further processing and analysis
• Enhance Salesforce.com information with supplemental values not previously tracked
• Follow, maintain, and further enhance anti-piracy related policies and process documents
• Work together with worldwide inside sales teams and outsourced business development teams
• Provide training on piracy lead classification process and best practices to new Colleagues
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Demonstrate teamwork, dedication, and a commitment to excellence
• Interact with all levels of management; communicate effectively verbally and through email
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and be adaptable to change management within processes and/or applications
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• Professional demeanor to maintain and enhance relationships
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English
• Able to problem solve through thorough research and analytical skills
• Microsoft Excel knowledge required
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Must have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, managers and subject matter experts
