Recruiter Trainee
Nissan’s Value Center, known as NRBS, is located in Budapest (in Infopark), and it is part of Nissan’s AMIEO region. NRBS handles Finance, IS/IT and HR value-added services for all Nissan companies in Europe
Tasks
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Post new jobs on corporate website
• Review resumes and sharing them with the hiring department
• Perform phone screening with candidates
• Maintain Company Recruitment Tools
• Direct search of candidates
• Building talent pool for current and future requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the hiring managers
• Preparing reports, analye and present results to the HR Business Partner of the SSC
• Being responsible for sourcing data management
• Keeping recruitment dashboard up-to-date

Minimum Education & Qualifications
Background & Experience:
• Ongoing full time studies (University or College) min. in the next 12 months
• Availability for 30 working hours / week
• Advanced level of English
• Hungarian language knowledge is necessary for the role
• Advanced level of Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Soft skills:
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to learn fast and ambition to grow within the organization
• Continuous improvement mindset
