As part of the Global Supply Chain Program Management Office (GSC PMO), you will ensure day-to-day support of the deployment of best-in-class project management practices. You will also be able to learn about the supporting platforms, tools and training that enable greater efficiency, visibility and consistency in implementing key Supply Chain transformation projects.
Your tasks will include:
• Work with project management experts, assisting in the deployment of GSC Project Management and Agile Standard Practices tools.
• Help leaders and super users with analysis and reporting
• Support adoption and change management activities by:
o Developing and organizing live and digital learning events
o Managing contend and scheduling online learning portals
o Drive social media plan to create a vibrant online procejt management community
o Work with GSC leaders to drive greater quality in project execution by developing clear visualization of key project data & assisting with insightful analysis on trends
Expectations
Requirements 

Experience and skills we are looking for:
• Fluent English language knowledge, both written and spoken
• Ongoing university studies in Data Analytics, Communication, Supply Chain or any equivalent field
• You have at least 1 more active semesters left of your studies
• Relevant work experience is an advantage
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Teams
• Experience with Tableau, project tools and RPA is a plus
• Strong understanding of Project Management Process (PMP) or Agile (e.g. scrum)
• You have good problem-solving skills
• You are customer and result-oriented
• You are proactive and have excellent communicational skills
• Gaining professional experience in project management sounds appealing to you
