HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT

As part of the daily operations of the company the human resources assistant is responsible for helping in the digitalization efforts of the HR department at Wizz Air ungary Ltd.

We are looking for people who can face challenges and can bring the best solution even in highly stressful situations.

The employee will receive a full training in the usage of the related systems, and to understand the relevant operational background, to ensure all necessary knowledge is acquired before they can start working.

We require a strong knowledge in English (minimum an actively used level B2 complex) as all communication within the company will be in English.
Tasks
RESPONSIBILITIES – HR:
• Filling in checklists by crosschecking employee’s folders
• Creating folders on S drive for branches and employees
• Scanning employee’s contracts, modifications
• Saving the scanned documents according to naming convention
• Uploading files to Edoc
• Collecting daily mails from the reception area
• Distributing the new documents to HR specialist to track them after scanning these
• Putting new documents in to the relevant employee’s physical folder
RESPONSIBILITIES – FINANCE AND EXPENSE REPORTS:
• Collecting daily mails from the reception area
• Stamping the expense reports with the date of opening
• Checking if the expense reports are signed by both parties, have all the relevant and required documents and bills attached

REQUIREMENTS:
• Good organization skills and meticulous work ethic
• Fluent English knowledge
• Preciseness
• Good level of Excel knowledge. (and full MS office knowledge)
• Team player
• Ability to work under pressure
