Multilingual Customer Service (SPANISH or ITALIAN or PORTUGUESE or DUTCH language knowledge required)

Handling customer support and technical-support related questions of customers and partners.
Help customers with information about the products and services, using relevant call handling protocols outlined in the Procedures.
Assist customers or escalate service related issues to the appropriate department in accordance to the client’s processes and procedures
Active or passive student status (full-time studies)
German or Italian or Portoguese AND English language knowledge (at least B2 level)
Computer knowledge including Social Media platforms and Internet
Organised, accurate, with ability to multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication
