French speaking Student Customer Support Representative

In-bound calls and emails from customers and internal departments (via phone/email).
Provide timely, high-quality responses to external and internal customer.
Respond promptly and accurately regarding escalation resolutions.
Provide high level professional Customer Care services in an efficient manner.
To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
To log all calls on the call logging system.
Respond to enquiries from clients and help resolve and application hardware or software problems.
Ensure that all customer contacts are handled in a timely and effective manner and within SLA.
Identify any service related issues and escalate to the Team Leader.
Fluent French & English language skills (both written and oral).
Previous Helpdesk/Customer Service experience is nice to have
Good knowledge of IT (Internet browsers, Excel, Microsoft Office and mobile devices).
Basic technical understanding of GPS and GSM networks.
Highly customer focused with a basic Automotive knowledge.
Enthusiastic and proactive problem-solving ability.
Knowledge and understanding of call logging software.
Good personal organizational skills and attention to detail.
High degree of integrity.
Self-motivated and positive attitude.
Proactive and confident approach to delivering excellent customer service.
