HR Onboarding Specialist Student

Tasks
Purpose of the position:
- In this role the jobholder will be responsible for the daily effective operation of the Relocation and Contracting domain with the
main focus on onboarding new hires, cretin myHR profiles and providing electronic administrative support
- The jobholder acts as the first point of contact for operative issues related to onboarding and employee document related
questions
- The Onboarding Specialist will report to the Onboarding Coordinator

General responsibilities:
- Supports the operative and administrative functioning of the relocation and - Contracting domain
- Collaborates with external vendors and internal departments to ensure daily functioning of the onboarding process
(e.g.,relocationinitiation, payroll registration)
- Serves as a first point of contact for onboarding tool provider when it comes to employee queries
- Responsible for data accuracy in MyHR system
- Ensures that all necessary personal information/Documents related to training and employment are available prior to the
training/employment start date
Expectations
TUDENT PROFILE NEEDED (language, specialization, skillset, programs' knowledge, previous experience):
- The student would need to speak English
- Key point is motivation and being egger to learn
