We are looking for a student in our logistic center in Szigetszentmiklós for:
Customer Satisfaction and Quality Trainee
position.

Tasks
• Analysing, processing and supporting the customer satisfaction of the outbound area. If it’s needed collaborate with partner-departments in the country.
• Define the frequent and complex customer problems, isolate them, analyse, correct, and prevent the causes.
• Active communication with the partner-departments during problem solving process.
• Constantly checking and observing keeping the law and the internal rules.
• Develop and maintain the results of the department which are in his/her responsibility, by the analysis of the available data.
• Participate in different projects
Expectations
• Ongoing university studies
• Good communication skills within the team and with the partner-departments
• Analytic and practical thinking
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team and stand alone work ability
• Fluency in English
Other
