Accounts Receivable Trainee with fluent English

What Needs To Be Done?
The AR Trainee will be responsible for management of accounting transactions in support of the receivables process, including establishing and maintaining account reconciliations. You will need to prepare and
organize documentation necessary for payment collection as well as prepare bank deposits and month end cash report from daily cash posting activity data.

- Supporting the daily tasks of the Billing Team within Accounts Receivable department
- Actively take part in the invoicing process
- Generate ad –hoc reports
- Payment collection documentation
What do you need to bring?
- Economy/Business/Accounting related study is an advantage
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products
- Fluency in English language knowledge is a must, any other European language is a big advantage
- Precise and proactive working attitude
- Attention to details and accurate data management
