The Greif European Business Service Center was set up to standardize and harmonize the administrative efforts in the areas of; Financial Administration, IT, Audit and Training and development. The center will continue to develop and grow in the coming 3-5 years as we continue with the integration of the Greif EMEA business processes.
Main responsibilities:

- Supporting the work of Invoicing Specialist for example web-billing, issuing credit notes, etc.
- Cash collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Providing customer service regarding collection issues, resolve client discrepancies and short payments in cooperation with Sales/Customer - - - Service team. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the - Accounts Receivable Department
- Must communicate & follow up effectively with Sales Department regarding customer accounts on a timely basis
- Ad-hoc reporting to direct supervisor
- Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances that are due
- Meet defined department goals and activity metrics
- High volume phone calls to assigned delinquent customers
- Ongoing university/college studies in the field of Finance/Economics/Business
- Available for work at least 20 hours/week
- Fluent communication in English and Hungarian (both written and verbal)
- Good command of knowledge in German is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality customer service
- Self-motivated but able to work in a team
- Good administrative and organisational skills, strong attention to details
